The communication gap

Pickup, collection, delivery and site-inspection requests were being coordinated through emails and calls, leaving trade representatives and dispatch without a shared view of the same work.

Connecting the request

I built a mobile app that lets representatives submit requests while on-site and passes them into the relevant store workflows. Field-submission forms give the store team a consistent way to receive the information.

The useful change is a common request record connecting the field and dispatch, so the work can be followed beyond the original call or email.
